refunded Ms. [redacted] her $33.00 in Goupon Bucks on that date or within one business day. Ms. [redacted] should have received this and should be satisfied that this complaint has been addressed and handled to her satisfaction.

Hey Jessica,
So it turns out that we cannot provide the transaction number but we did give them $33 back in Groupon bucks. I don't have anything other than confirmation email that shows they sent the customer $33 in Groupon bucks.
Please advise if any further action is needed on our part.
