Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I just received his payment which he said he sent on the 22nd..I finally received it on 1/really took almost an additional month to get payment And yes I am mad who wouldn't be Let this happen to him wouldn't he be upset Doesn't this fall under fraud Definition of fraud: wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gainA person or thing intended to deceive others I received wrongful deception and he got financial and personal gain he held my overpayment funds for more than months and thru the holidays for his personal gain I will not accept free DJ services from James C [redacted] he is not a man of his word for services paid for or free I would like full refund of services I did not receive total $ Sincerely, [redacted]

Received the check on Saturday 1/29/2016Deposited check on Saturday, I just checked my online banking and so far the check is good still I am waiting for deposit refund $and check fees $total $

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: James C [redacted] is not a man of his word right here in his document he says he sent out payment on 12-22-today is 1-3-and I haven't received the $ payment yet this would be the third check that I need to ask where he sent it to, we live on the same island it doesn't take days for delivery Now he likes to talk about an emergency he had his IG (Instagram) shows otherwise it shows he went out of town for a wedding Everyone has hard times and fall sometimes short from paycheck to paycheck well what about me when he just withdrew the money that I'm still waiting for Did he think about if I had any overdraft fees because of the $withdrawal that I didn't budget for to be taken out of my account I bet not This is how bad it looks I'm here waiting for over months for my money and all over Instagram he having nice fancy dinners going out to concerts Etc I wouldn't be upset if he kept his word But when someone can overcharge you in minutes but you have to wait for over months to get it back then something is terribly wrong with this picture especially when the person is the president of the company, now would you run your company like that I don't think that is the greatest customer service James says he sent me his top MC and DJ I didn't hire that person I hired James C [redacted] not a substitute When you do business with a certain company you expect that company to show up not send someone else, if you do send a substitute at least have the respect to call and say you sending someone else and at least forward the program to the sub so the wedding could've gone smoother I would like a full refund for the services I didn't get The DJ did not play till 10:at 10:he was playing last song I had to beg him to stay longer he said a few more minutes then shut it down and went home The invoice does not say anything about a credit card fee it only says $total I paid $and presently I received only $ I don't want any free DJ service because he couldn't even keep his word when I paid for his services what makes me think he is going to keep his word and DJ for free How much longer is this going on I just want my refund for services I didn't receive plus my overcharge fees total $this has gone long enough I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible Sincerely, [redacted]

I had a claim out against this company for the last monthRevdex.com closed it just a few days ago, due to the fact that this company said they sent me what MrJames C*** says he owes meHis last payment was sent out so he claims on 12/22/on 12/31/he receives his check returned to him due to the fact he states he sent it to the wrong address I think he purposely wrote it wrong because he didn't have the funds well I eventually received it on 1/15/I just checked my online banking and his check was returnedI've been waiting for my overcharge from him since September 23, I hired MrJames C*** to MC & DJ my wedding on 9/26/I paid him my security deposit of $and he asked for the balance on 9/23/of $he overcharged my account $he only till today paid me back $The day of the wedding he sent a substitute which didn't know anything and didn't even fulfill his contract and DJ till 10:I requested all of my money returned to me for services I did not receive and for waiting more than going on months for my overcharged paymentThis company charged me $for services his company did not provide the amount owed to me is $I will add on fees which my bank charged me for his returned checkI would appreciate it if this situation could be resolved as soon as possibleHe gave so much excuses no one should have to go through this

I am rejecting this response because: James C[redacted] is not a man of his word right here in his document he says he sent out payment on 12-22-2015 today is 1-3-2016 and I haven't received the $200...

I am rejecting this response because:  Mr. James C[redacted] is only looking out for himself,  what about the other party involved did he even think about us having tight funds after spending thousands of dollars for our wedding and not even having it in our budget being overcharged and waiting over 4 months and counting for our money back.  Mr. James C[redacted] took 2 minutes to overcharge my account he didn't have to wait for installments and excuses to receive his money.  If this was a credit card bill or utility bill and they had to waitThis long the credit card would've sent the bill to collections and the utility company would've turned off services.  Mr. James C[redacted] didn't even have empathy when he did this all he said is quote " my bad" and didn't even try to pay back the mistake he made.  Mr. James C[redacted] is not a man of his word all he likes to give is 101 excuses for his mistake.  I hope I can get the word out to as much people I can so they don't need to go through what I am having to go through.  I've been waiting for this check from December 22, 2015 and first I got wrote the wrong address, second returned check no funds and let's see if he got it correct the third time correct let's see what and when I receive this check which he claims he sent it out on Monday January 25, 2015.  Worst customer service I've encountered.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr James C[redacted] had previously mailed two checks prior which I received all of a sudden the third check gets returned I'm sure it was done on purpose and not an accident notice how he writes resending soon,  that is another excuse for stalling the payment.  Anyone paying off a Debt would resend it right away if it was returned but not Mr. C[redacted],  I will probably get another message saying he mailed it out on Monday like all the other messages.  I would like to see the address underneath of the sticker.  This issue needs to be resolved on the 26 makes 4 months for a mistake a president from this company made.  I had 5 other vendors I hired for my wedding day some of them didn't even have a business license they just do it for pleasure and I got what I paid for ex: bands, photographer, catering etc.. They all showed up on time didn't send a substitute fulfilled their contract oh yes and didn't overcharge me.  But the one company which has a business license and is also the president of this company who I think should've been professional about everything I still have an issue with.  Please let me know how I can speed up the process of this complaint to be resolved.
