Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/30) */ I talked with Ms [redacted] and informed her she has prepaids on her account they are from last year when she cancelled her membershipI was not the one who originally handled this matter the Person Ms [redacted] was dealing with is no longer with the companyI have done a lot of research in this matter and have found she is entitled to prepaids that never expire and can also be gifted to her friends and familyI have spoken to her on the phone, but she talks over you and doesn't want to listenAs a small business we take Customer Service very serious and believe we have tried to resolve this with Ms [redacted] We do not return money as part of termination of a contract, but is entitled to use her preapids at any time as she never loses themIf you have any further questions or concerns please feel to contact me
