Dear San Diego Revdex.com:We are responding to you directly as we have already communicated directly with this customer.  This customer placed an order for a custom made Oakworks brand Physical Therapy table on the evening of 12/20/2017.  The order was promptly submitted to Oakworks for...

production the following day 12/21/2017.  However, due to holiday closures, the manufacturer did not start production until after the New Years Holiday.  We do inform customers this is a custom made item than can take 2-3 weeks to make on our website.On Jan 10th, the customer emailed requesting the status of his order.  We responded the same day letting him know the item had a scheduled ship date of 1/15 and that we would provide the carrier and tracking info as soon as it was available.  The factory was running a couple days behind in production so the table finished inspection on 1/17 and shipped 1/18 via Roadrunner transportation.  The tracking and carrier information were emailed to the customer as promised.  (Freight transportation can typically take 1-2 weeks from East to West coast)On Feb 5th, the customer email us again stating he believed we were a “scam”.  The customer also indicated he had been in touch with Roadrunner transportation about the shipment and was advised he would be contacted to schedule an appointment prior to delivery.  We responded to him the same day assuring him he had not been scammed and that upon checking the tracking it appeared the freight had been delayed in PA due to “extreme weather conditions” and that the freight was now in WA pending an appointment.  Customer responded the same day threatening to contact the Revdex.com, demanding compensation for lost wages.The freight was delivered to the customer on Feb 7th.  On the evening of Friday Feb 9th, the customer wrote another email claiming we had the “worst customer service ever” and threatened to “let my peers know”.  We responded the next business day apologizing for the weather delay and his feeling that he was provided “bad service”.  We also confirmed his table had been delivered and hoped he was enjoying his new table.We do our best to make sure customers get their orders as quickly as possible.  Unfortunately, there are circumstances outside of our control (i.e. manufacturer delays, holiday closures and extreme weather).  We strive to reply to customer inquiries promptly and keep them informed.  We did apologize for the longer than expected delivery, but cannot guarantee delivery dates for custom made items nor can we compensate customers for claims of lost wages.Sincerely, Sundaes Novelty, Inc.www.MassageTools.com division5910 Sea Lion Place Suite 160Carlsbad, CA 92010Bus:866-928-9955
