Mr Mstarted my remodel in February of 2016, I was out of my house for months and he still had not completed my home after months There were weeks on end when no one showed up at my house to workI watched as he worked on his house, he lives down the street from me, but no one worked at my houseHe then told me he needed another 10,or he couldn't afford to start the outside of my houseHe had already collected more than half of the entire costHe left a huge pile of dirt in my backyard because "he thought I wanted it" and used untreated lumber on the back deckI have pictures of everything he didHe called me for the final payment and I refused because he had not fixed what he did wrong or finish the jobAlthough he collected 35,plus in a money order the quote was for 49,plus he gave me a budget out of of that for fixtures but nowhere where he had an account so I paid for themHe asked me for a final list to finish the job I sent it to him, by now it had been months, I never heard from him again

My wife and I purchased a residence of sf with substantial structural water damage, closed floor plan, plumbing and roofing issues We contracted with Massanelli Construction of Hot Springs to remedy the structural issues, gut the interior and rebuild the interior completely
Tim Mand his crews performed an incredible transformation of the house They installed new flooring, sheet rock, kitchen and laundry appliances, interior plumbing, walk in showers, custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets with granite tops, floor, crown and door moldings, roofing shingles, entry doors, changed locations of windows and doors, etc
MrMwas the soul of patience with our seemingly endless changes in the design of the house He paid great attention to the smallest detail to ensure that our wishes were carried out The work progressed quickly and finished ahead of schedule In short, we were extraordinarily pleased with all aspects of the project
Wonderful job on our hardwood floorsWe loved what a great job they did from getting us plenty of samples to the communication with the owner to the finished productWould highly recommend them for any job
We had a wonderful experiences with Massanelli Construction They have done a complete gut on our living, kitchen, and dining area It's looks beautiful and has withstood our busy household Recently, they remodeled our bathroom and did the exterior of our house We can't say enough positive things about this company High recommend Massanelli Construction
