I have sent the alert mechanics and a request for a refund several months ago by registered mail My bank account is STILL BEING DEBITEDI do not have a phone number and they have not acknowledged the returnmaybe you can shake them out of a sleep *** *** ***

These companies that take advantage of senior citizens ought to have their doors closed. Oh and BTW when you call them you get transferred a million times and stay on hold forever.
My mother passed away in September 2015 and I returned most of the equipment. Medguard has continued to bill more than $100 per month for the past 6 months, claiming that until $300 is paid for the lost equipment, they will continue to bill, even though she is dead. So, the logic is that a dead person should have a medical alert paid monthly??? Clearly this is an intentional ripof!
