I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details...

of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am writing to state that I dispute the resolution of this complaint.  They stated “consumer has zero balance so I am assuming the issue has been resolved”. The other party never contacted me to resolve this problem, and the reason I have a zero balance with them is due to the fact that I sent them my check for the disputed amount, as they were turning this debt over to collections if I did not pay within 10 days. I would now like a refund for the amount I paid them.Regards,  [redacted]

Due to an illness,  I have been unable to respond to your 1-15-16 email until now. The complaint has been resolved because Dr. B[redacted] mailed me a check for the agreed upon amount. The office coordinator, H[redacted], replied to you on 1-25-16, that I had not picked up said check as of that date. This is not true as the doctor’s check was mailed out to me on 1-16-16, therefore making it unnecessary to go to the office to pick up this refund. I thank you for your help in getting me this amount refunded.
