Upon first using Massey Drugs I was very pleasedThe pharmacist immediately knew I was a new customer and stopped what he was doing to help meWithin a week, I received a very nice letter thanking me for my businessAfter they got my business, my experience went down hillFirst problem was I went in to get refills on a day I looked horrible, as I had been sickOne of the customer service reps looked at me with disgust!! I was shocked! Surly she had seen many individuals who didn't look thier best, given it being a pharmacyNext incident, I asked to speak to the pharmacist about a medication I was having trouble getting lodged in my throat, and he proceeded to tell me that I was the only one who had complained of such problemHe didn't seem too concerned about me having the trouble., as the conversation ended at thatLastly, on my last visit, I had just got out of the emergency room and went to fill medsMy husband and I stood there for approximately minutes with no acknowledgmentWhen the pharmacist finally offered to help us, she took my prescriptions and in the ugliest way told me I could have a seat, as there were others ahead of meAt that point I had had enough!!! I asked the pharmacist to give me my prescriptions back as I would be going to another pharmacyGuess my business was not needed because she handed them back with no words, NOTHING!! I find Massey drugs to be unprofessional and interested in only getting ones businessI feel after Massey got my business, they no longer cared about me as a customerI'm now paying times as much for one of my prescriptions, because I'll never step foot in that establishment again!!!
