Review: We receive a constant barrage of solicitation calls from real estate companies trying to get us to list a property owned by my employer with their firm. We have no intention of listing the building anytime soon and after this experience, would never choose Massey Knakal even if we were planning to sell. We have been on the do-not-call list since 2010 but real estate salespeople routinely ignore this and call multiple times despite being asked each and every time not to call again. My employer finds the calls invasive and upsetting and we, his staff, find them harassing and time-consuming to deal with as no matter what you say the same salespeople call again and again. [redacted] of Massey Knakal is a repeat offender who has ignored our requests to take us off his solicitation list many times. We would like nothing better than to never hear from him again. We have also filed a complaint with the FTC.Desired Settlement: Please make it clear to Massey Knakal that their salespeople are required to check and abide by the federal do-not-call list prior to making solicitation calls. Massey Knakal should implement consequences for salespeople that do not abide by this.

Review: On January [redacted] I contacted [redacted] from Massey Knall Realty and inquired about space for ren on [redacted]. t. Next Day At 10:30 AM me and My assistant met [redacted] and made an offer. Same afternoon [redacted] called me asking for financials witch I email her next day. Two days later I got another phone call from her with counteroffer from [redacted]. I was very happy and I accepted terms that they asked. She requested my email and my attorneys email so that she can provide us both with lease…

. Ever since than I could not reach [redacted] nor her associate [redacted]. I left several messages on her answering machine, send text message emails and tried to call office but no response. I called her associate [redacted] by her phone was also not accepting my calls. On January [redacted] I called [redacted] of the compant [redacted] and spoke with him asking for some help. Next day I got phone call from person names [redacted] telling me that space is already rented to someone else although it is still listed on their web site. On my question why is he calling and not my broker [redacted] he answere " Because you called [redacted] of the company and we cant keep you in dark anymore"

This is absolutely unacceptable . [redacted] made bonding agreement with me and I was waiting for lease. If there was anything else that the property owner requested she was obligated as a broker to get back to me . She presented me with counteroffer from property owner that I was comfortable with and our last conversation was that I accepted and her job was to draw the contact and let me know if they need any other information from me. I was never informed of any withdrawal of the offer.

Massey Knakal Realty encourage [redacted] to keep me in dark and still make other offers without letting me know or giving me opportunity to match those offers witch is highly unprofessional unprofessional and illegal. I have missed opportunity for two other spaces that I was looking which is cosign me great loss.

In case that Massey Knakal does not fix this situation and make it right I will be forced to explore all legal actions against firm and [redacted]Desired Settlement: Give me the lease as we agreed.

Review: I have over a dozen times asked to be unsubscribed from Massey Knackal and I continue to get a barrage of emails (at least 1 a day).Desired Settlement: Simply want them to stop contacting me.
