JANUARY 8, 2016RE: COMPLAINT ID [redacted] DEAR Revdex.com,WE HAVE BEEN SELF EMPLOYED SINCE OCTOBER 1, 1980, WE STRIVE TO GIVE GOOD QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICEWE HAD APPROXIMATELY A SIX WEEK BACKLOG, DUE TO HAIL STORMS THIS PAST YEAR, WHEN CUSTOMER CAME IN, DEPENDING ON TYPE OF REPAIRS NEEDEDCUSTOMER MADE COMMENT THERE WAS NO HURRY, THEIR NIECE, THE OWNER OF VEHICLE, HAD TO SAVE UP MONEY FOR THE DEDUCTIBLEWHEN CUSTOMER DROPPED OFF VEHICLE FOR REPAIRS, NO ESTIMATE HAD BEEN WRITTEN, WE WROTE ESTIMATE AND SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL WITH THEIR INSURANCE CARRIER UPON APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE, WE ORDERED PARTS AND WAITED FOR THE PARTS TO ARRIVE.CUSTOMER CONSISTENTLY CALLED DURING MRMASSEY'S LUNCH HOURMRMASSEY IS IN OFFICE FROM 7: AM TO 6: OR 7: PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAYWE REPAIRED VEHICLE AND ONCE OUR PART,WAS COMPLETED VEHICLE HAD TO GO TO MECHANICAL SHOP, UPON THEIR SCHEDULE, TO INSTALL AIR BAGS.ONCE INSTALLED, VEHICLE WAS REQUIRED TO GO TO A HYUNDAI DEALER TO HAVE AIR BAG SYSTEM REPROGRAMMED, WHICH CAN ONLY BE DONE BY A HYUNDAI DEALERWE HAD TO GET INSURANCE APPROVAL TO TRANSPORT VEHICLE TO LUBBOCK, TEXAS, THE NEAREST DEALER, DEALER MADE REPAIRS, ON THEIR SCHEDULE AND WHEN COMPLETED, VEHICLE WAS TRANSPORTED BY TOW TO OUR FACILITYUPON RECEIVING, WE DETAILED VEHICLE AT NO CHARGE AND CONTACTED CUSTOMER THAT REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED.IF I CAN BE OF MORE ASSISTANCE TO RESOLVE THIS COMPLAINT WITH OUR CUSTOMER, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CALLSINCERELY, GREG M***
