Review: I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for the three day delivery and still have not received any information about shipping when I track the package order was placed 4-6-16 item not received as of 4-16-16 still want the shoes but want to be reimbursed for thethe extra shipping that I paid forDesired Settlement: Refund on the three day shipping and the shoes I ordered

Review: I had order a Jacket for my soon in February 14 2014. They ship the item with out the street number and when it got to the location of my postal office they send it back to the company. I was awarded of the mistake and I call the company customer service they had contact me thru email saying that they was going to wait for FedEx to send it back to them so they can fix the address and they will ship It back to me, after almost one week I call them to see what was the status of the deliver and they said that they where still waiting for it, I had told the customer service person name ([redacted] that how can that be possible if FedEx ship it almost one week ago and the I had send an email prior to call and no one has answer me on the status he didn't say anything he just said that he was going to put a trace on the tracking number thru FedEx and that they was going to contact me within 72 hours. The 72 hours was on March 6 and no one contact me at all. Today march 10 2014 I had call and a different person from customer service name ([redacted] answer I told him that I need it to know what was going on with the status of the jacket and the I longer don't want it no more and I want a refund he said he can not refund my money back because they haven't received the jacket back I told him that FedEx had it and the it wAs never deliver to my address and the FedEx has yo respond for the jacket if they had lost it not me because it was never deliver to my address.All I want it's a refund of my money .Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund of my money to my credit card for and item that I bought almost one month ago and it was never deliver.

Review: I placed order number263698 at MasseysOutfitters.com on January 22. I receive my order confirmation and never received any other communication of my order. I contacted their support on January 29 requesting status of my order and received an automated message saying I would receive a response and one business day. On February 1 I requested the status again on my order and received the same automated message stating I would receive a response in one business day. On February 3 I let them know that that would be my last correspondence or I would be taking this to the Revdex.com regarding my order. I received the same automated response. Not once have I received communication on where my item is or the status of my item. If you receive confirmation on an item, you should receive the item. I did not receive my item or any communication regarding my item.Desired Settlement: I would like the item that I purchased. If you were going to advertise an item on your website and confirm you have the status of that item in an email, I feel I should receive the item.
