I placed an order with this company on 11/26/2019. It was not my first time shopping with them and the other times had gone smoothly. The Black Friday BOGO earring deal tempted me into shopping again. My order was confirmed but I did not receive any further information until 12/9/20 when I received an email that my order had shipped. It’s February 2020 and that email still gives me tracking info for an order in pre-shipment in Philadelphia. I’ve emailed the company five times, contacted them via Instagram and attempted by phone. I’ve received no responses, no order, and no refund.

I placed an order with MassiriMusso on December 2, 2019 and received the normal order confirmation email. On January 6, 2020, I sent my first email asking for an order status. I allowed this time because of the holidays and assuming this was a small business. On January 14, 2020, I called and left a message after no response to my email inquiry on my order status. I have not received a call or email back.

In July 2019, I ordered several items from this company, they included a dress, a shirt and waist beads. The waist beads arrived fairly quickly. I did notice however that the dress and shirt were not included in the delivery. I sent a note to the return email address and was advised that the items were custom and would be provided within several weeks. In November of 2019, I followed up given that several months had passed and the items were still not received. There was a brief response but no items and I have not heard anything since. I wrote to the email id in late November and several times in December. To date, I have note received my money back OR the items that I have ordered.

I purchased several pairs of earrings from this website guaranteeing shipment within 3-5 business days on 12/23/2019. As of date, 1/14/2020 my order has not been filled or shipped and I simply want my refund for $57.91. I have tried to call the company and even sent emails, but I can never reach anyone or get a response from them. This company should be shut down for illegal fraud!!

I ordered 3 pair of earrings from this company on November 26 and I received an email confirming my purchase and giving my a USPS number. I recieved no email saying my package was being shipped out. I tracked my package on USPS and they stated my package went to the wrong location first and they were forwarding it to a different address. I did not put a forwarding address on my package so I had no idea where my package was. On Monday 12/9 I contacted the company by email and by Instagram page. I recieved no response. On Thursday I got an alert from USPS that my package had arrived. I opened the package and it was not the order I placed. I also noticed the tracking number on my package was the one the emailed me which seems like they got my package mixed up from the order. I emailed again and sent another IG message. I still have received no response. I ordered these earrings for my birthday on the 21st and I have read no information on where there are. It has been 3 weeks with no response from this company. I have ordered from them before with no issues and I just want to know where my package is and how can I get my money back!

I have ordered something from this company and I have not received my order. I have reach out to the owner in email and she replied that she is working on the order and it should be sent to me in two weeks and now it has been three months. And still no order and no refund. I DONT WHAT THI COMPANY TO BE TAKING PEOPLE MONEY AND NOT SENDING YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED. I AM WONDERING IF SHE IS DOING THIS TO A LOT OF PEOPLE. SOMEONE NEED TO PUT A STOP TO THI COMPANY. SHE IS PRAYING ON PEOPLE MONEY AND NOT SENDING THEM WHAT THEY ORDERED. Please help so this do not happen to anyone else.

I ordered a Kimono and Ear Rings from this company and they sent me the Ear Rings and never sent me the Kimono I have emailed them several times I have messaged them on *** and Instagram and they will respond but as soon as I ask about my item they block me and I can see that they have done the same thing to several other people.. I ordered on June 26th they said it takes 3-4 weeks for the item that I ordered and it has been well past that time frame.
