I ordered honey jars for a bridal shower that were supposed to include "Meant to Bee" personalized labels that I would apply to the jars Everything came (a couple of jars were broken) except the personalized labels I called [redacted] customer service phone # times and left messages explaining the problemI also sent a detailed email to them I have not received a response of any kind from them I need the labels by July 10th in order to have the jars put together by the July 14th shower The labels information was provided on the online order

I ordered an item from HotRef on August My account was debited for $My name is *** *** and my email address is *** The item number that I ordered is KP13015NA The purchase was for five of these itemsThere has been no correspondence from the company even after my placing two voicemail messages asking where my order wasToday is September and I haven’t heard from the company nor have I received my purchasePlease help!

I wouldn't even give them a one starI made a purchase over weeks agoThey withdrew money out of my account and j never got the productAnd when you call to talk with someoneYou get a recording to leave a message and they will get back to youWith no responseI also emailed them and got no replySo who knows if I ever will get what I payed for

Hotref.*** I ordered some planters and then needed to return them There are no directions how to do it, or even a date or price on the enclosed invoice I went online and discovered I needed an "authorization code" to make a return I've been trying for five days to get in touch with customer services, through phonecalls, voice messages, and emails...and I've heard nothing back It says I need to return these items within days, and without receiving an authorization code, I'm guessing that trying to return it without, I'm likely not going to get a refundVery frustrating Their website looks professional, but they are anything but professional

I ordered portfolios from HotRef with our business logo on themThey were ordered in blackWhen I received them, half of the cover is blue and the bottom half is blackIt looks awful and I can not give this out to our studentsI contacted HotRef no less than times and cannot get a responseI don't know if I should send them back and just wait for new ones, or if we should keep these

I was working with *** from HotRef regarding ordering coolers that would be personalized I have no less than emails from her regarding the logo, titles, pricing etc On April I received an invoice for a product of coolers, I signed the credit card agreement that came with the invoice and sent it back to the company(was told art work would not commence until they had my payment.) I then received several copies of artwork, we revised it several time, and finally I approved the artwork and was told it was going to production Around June I had not heard anything an started emailing *** asking for my invoice and a shipping date I emailed several time with no response I called and left voice mail with no responseFinally on Monday, June 5, I received an email from "***" saying *** was not available and he was taking over He said in his letter that they had gotten the pricing all wrong and that instead of being $per cooler, it would now be $

I ordered bulk items for a wedding on 6/18/that were available on the websiteI received an email from customer service the following day in regards to apologizing because the items are ordered are out of stock and will not be delivered by my needed dateThey gave me options for what I wished to doI immediately responded as I need these itemsI received no response via emailI then started to call the customer service line and left multiple messages and waited on hold multiple timesThis all started Monday and now today is Thursday and I still have yet to hear from the company regarding my orderI have tried other numbers that I found on Google with the same issueI have emailed both emails listed multiple times with no responses in business daysI have attempted the live chat on their website but no one is ever availableI have continued to call, email, and exercise all efforts to contact this company in regards to my orderIt is like this is a scam company and no one

This company is terribleThey appear legitimate and have lots of advertisements on the internet and appear friendly in the beginningHowever, after I placed my order I never heard from the company againMy items never arrived when they were guaranteed they would and I tried for over a week to get a hold of the company only to be met with no response through email, phone or their live chatThey charged my credit card immediately after the order and no product was ever sent nor was a proper receipt or status update provided in my email, the order status never left "Processing"I have yet to get my money back and would like a full refundThey caused me so much stress, nearly ruined my event, took my money and disappearedCompletely unacceptable customer service

About a month ago, I contacted *** for in regards to the 4piece wine ensemble ***, got an email from *** ***, spoke with him as well and ordered pieces of the product for my moms memorial, which was supposed to be received on May 28th, We did not receive it and my sister left the country for my moms memorial on the 31st since it was shipped to her address at *** *** *** *** *** **, but we did not receive a tracking number and several attempts to contact the company has not workedI have emailed them, called and left several messages, sent live charts, messaged them on facebook with no responseI would be leaving the country to *** for the memorial by the end of the month and would like to have a tracking number or a refund so we can be able to purchase another favor for the memorialThank you
