I am rejecting this response because: the parts sent to the warranty shop were insufficient to properly fix the furnace in this trailer A slightly larger furnace was installed, but it is still not large enough to properly heat the trailer You expect companies not to cut corners when you spend such large amounts of money to purchase their products. I want the trailer fixed properly

contacted me about a resolution for all of the problems for this trailerNot one single person from Sierra or Exiss has contacted meThe person in charge of the warranty place where my trailer is sitting, has had to contact Sierra in order to possibly get parts orderedThere is an extreme lack of communication from Sierra to fix this trailerIt should not take countless emails and phone calls from multiple people just to get a response to fix thus trailer
I would especially like to note that NO ONE from Sierra has contacted me since the first of December when I was told that a man named Mr *** would be getting ahold of me

We have come in contact with the service center and are forwarding the parts needed to resolve this issue. We have come in direct contact with Mr. [redacted] and he is aware that we are sending the parts.
