On January 9th, 2020 MasTec Advanced Technologies came to our home to install a new security system due to our previous company *** no longer offering home security.
Needless to say our home was left in a mess. Below are some of the damages and issues:
-Did not put one of the cameras where instructed
-Did not secure the exposed wires with all three cameras
-put all the door sensors on top of the tape of the old ones
-Did not picked up after themselves
-left the old equipment exposed still with screws on the deck. Very dangerous if stepped on
-Left before ensuring equipment was operating
-Left holes in the wall made no attempt repair.
-I called and they sent the same installer the next day, again the equipment was not working.
Was told installation for each camera will be $100. I was charged $3 more for each.

After many phone calls on 16 January I spoke to a Supervisor *** and addressed my issues. Since I was leaving the area to visit family, he said he will call me on Monday 20 January to make arrangements to fix my problem of which I sent pictures. He said he promises he will make it good. Never received the call. I called back on 22 January and was told he will be here Saturday 25 January at 1200 again never showed up no phone calls. I stayed home all day!
I called the home office on 27 January and explained what occurred. I wanted to speak to a supervisor was told a supervisor was not available was on the break. Really! But they will sent an email. In the meantime, I spoke to a supervisor earlier in the day and was told will get back to me. An email from the home office was sent to the same supervisor I spoke to earlier and he was the one that called. He told me he was busy with other calls earlier when I called. I told him why he did not tell me. He told me when he gets an opportunity to check his schedule he will contact me tomorrow. Which is 28 January no contact. This back and forth has been going on since 9 January and my issues are not addressed. Very disappointed with this company with the services I was provided.

This is ***, I live on *** and *** came to my house on 3/14/19 to install my new direct tv service. When *** came into my house I told him that he was there to install my service and then he told me that he will be going through the floors. I said ok, and then I asked him how big them holes was going to be because my house in brand new and I don't want no big holes in my house due to mice problems in that area. He said the hole will be the size of my finger tips and that he will plug the hole. I said ok, and then he went to his van and go this tools and then when he came back in he told me he going to drill home in my floor because I had to get 5 TV's set up. First, he went to my den where I was sitting there putting a tv stand together and put a hole in my floor, then next he proceed to my son bedroom, then to my mom room, then next to my guest room, and last to my room. I did not follow *** when he was drilling homes in my rooms, because he told me he was drilling holes in my floor and that was the agreement. *** stay there and finish his job, and after he finish his job I went in the rooms to look at the holes to make sure he plug them holes and when I went in all of my rooms I cried, because instead of him installing holes in my floor like he told me he was going to he install holes in my walls. The holes he put in my wall goes outside of my house to the Vinyl sliding and the satellite wires from each room is hanging out side the front of my house. That was not what we agreed on. *** put a whole in my wall along with a holes in my vinyl sliding and wires hanging out of my vinyl sliding in the front of my house so the anybody can come by and pull that cord and pull out my wall. This house is brand new and for *** to do this I am highly upset. I called you and my husband called you and you will not answer. I called the main direct tv line and told them. They was supposed to send someone out to assess the damage, and to hide my cord and I haven't seen no one yet. Also, I told them to don't send *** out back to my house and Saturday *** was back out to my house. My mom asked him could he fix the cord by removing it from my wall since he was the one that damage my house, he said no, another technician has to come out. I need for you to call me and come out to my house asap, and see the damage because you all are going to fix my house because my house is brand new and *** did not do what he told me. I didn't follow him in the rooms, because I trusted him and I was busy putting my TV stand together. I ask *** manager *** to give me a call at *** and let me know the steps that you will take, because my house need to be fix and the cable wires need to be removed from my walls. I have been calling, emailing, and texting *** which is *** manager and as of today he has not call me back or respond to my email and I want this problem resolve or I will take *** and *** to court. *** came back out to my house on 3/16/19 after I call on 3/15/29 and file a complaint against this company and they turn around and sent the same technician out. I ask him to redo my wiring after he messed it up and he stated,"no I will not fix it you just have to call and have them to sent out another technician. Also, he lied and told me that I wanted my cable wires that way and I corrected him and told him I didn't tell him that,because he told me the holes are going in the floor. He tokok my brand new house and destroyed it and I want my house fixed.
