Upon review of the complaint made by *** *** which was submitted on 8/4/2016, I would like to make corrections regarding. Ms*** stated that she purchased a *** which consisted of a haircut, blow dry, conditioning treatment and full head highlights which she redeemed on
august 3rd, is correct. Ms*** was seen by one of our stylist. It was during this time she received a consultation, at which time she stated that she wanted a treatment done to her hair that would have added bleach to already damaged hair from unknown previous from un-named sources. It was explained if more bleach were to be added it would only damage her hair furtherThe health of our guests' hair is always going to be of utmost importance during any service, therefore if a stylist feels that a service will be too damaging, they will offer an alternative, which he did. *** agreed to a more healthy alternative color service for her hairThis was confirmed by other stylist who were present at the time*** states that she didn't receive the correct conditioning treatment, however there is no certain conditioning treatment offered in the ***, only a treatment which she did receive*** claimed that her cut was un-even but refused to come in for the staff to look at it and if need be make any corrections free of charge.Lastly, I'd like to address the claims she makes regarding her experience with management. Our caller I.D log shows *** had called onceWhen an attendant answered, *** told her she wanted to talk to a manager to book a party?!? (*** did not state that she had a complaint)The attendant informed her the manager was on another call, but if she were to go on hold the manager would be with her shorty to which she stated she would call back laterWe did, however, get a call from someone stating she was with a local law firm calling on ***'s behalfAnytime there is a legal entity involved, we are going to investigate further. Especially when said law firm currently represents our company and it is illegal misrepresentationWe would hardly call this being refused to speak with. After further investigation it was discovered that ***'s claims of legal representation were unfounded and baseless. The "lawyer" was only a friend/co worker, and the law firm was where both *** and her friend did seasonal secretary work.*** was given a full refund by *** according to *** representative Julie ***.
