My family moved into a home newly built by CW Williams years ago Since that time, we have been extremely disappointed with the quality of work done in the home and also with CW Williams' response to our complaints During our first year in the home, it was extremely difficult to get anyone to respond to our warranty complaints/e-mails If someone did call regarding a warranty issue, they wouldn't call back or show up We finally let the small issues go because we became consumed with a larger issue; a water leak in our front yard After a year of CW Williams telling us that it was not their issue, but the water company's responsibility, we finally were able to get CW Williams to dig up a portion of our front yard The problem was a pipe that was never properly sealed by CW Williams It was fixed, but we still have water collecting closer to our house; our landscaper informed us that there is still a leak We had to pay a plumber to install a shut off valve on the pipe (this should have been done by the builder) & we were told that the pipe should be inches below the ground; it is not We now know that the irrigation system is still leaking and will have to pay to have this problem fixed We have been dealing with this problem for years and frankly, it should not be our responsibilty! Also, after being in the house for years, we have noticed some things that were not evident at first glance For example, in many areas of the home, we can see every sheetrock nailhead when looking at the wall Such a disappointment! The list could go on and on I would not recommend CW Williams as a builder Once the sale is final, it is very difficult to get them to respond to your problems

I am extremely disappointed in the way CW Williams does businessI have lived in my home for almost a year with a one year warranty to fix problems that were not resolved priorIt has literally taken months for anyone to contact me, only after constant calling and submissions for warranty workNo one answers emails, voicemails, or text messagesI even told my husband just to forget about the little things, but he is determinedIt took months to have someone FINALLY come to fix the leaky ceiling in the garage and then another few weeks to have someone repair the damageThe companies have come to assess the damages and then don't call you to make an appointment, EVERIt has been months since I have heard from the floor people, and I still can't get in contact with themI am extremely disappointed in CW Williams and the contractors they use for business
