Review: I called Master Appliance on 7/12/2014 to service my refrigerator. Which I found them online. Refrigerator and freezer was not temping. The company supposedly fixed it. It was the heating and defrost system replaced the thermostat, thermometer and heater. The receipt also says year warranty on parts and labor. Tech even put his cell # on receipt. It worked for a week and started doing the same thing again. I call the tech's cell a few times, I text-ed him too. The next day I tried calling the company # left numerous messages, text the tech again still no response. I thought since they have a year warranty thry should honor it or even a call back to set up an appointment. They are avoiding me. I thought they were a legit company because I thought I found them on Angie's List but today after researching how I can get in touch with them I realized they are a different company with similar names. I also found out they have like 4 different phone # which I tried each one. Do not use them. They are avoiding me. I had to call another company to service the same thing

Review: Found company on [redacted] spoke with someone to come out to repair my dryer it wasn't heating....a guy named Ken came out he took front off dryer and he claimed he replaced heating element. the dryer was working fine...5 days later the dryer stopped getting hot again, I called to have him come out again the person who answers the phone is named Ken also...I asked are there 2 people working there with the same name he replied no...but he sends a guy out named ken to repair the dryer....now this time I was told well he had to order a part for your dryer (never told me that, I was left to assume the dryer was fixed)I noticed when I called most of time when the phone was answered he would answer without saying the business name just say hello....I was say is this master appliance? he would reply yes...I thought how unprofessional. Once I called and a female answered and she answered like it was her personal cell phone...she said oh I think your part came in today...I'm thinking was anyone going to call me...so days later this ken comes out to replace the thermostat...I was at work when he came this time he unattachs the hose that catches the lint and tell my son it's too tight in the back of dryer now I know that hosing serves a purpose to let the lent come out of the dryer....and again the dryer works for about 4 weeks this time....3rd call the ken guy answers the phone when I say my name and start to tell him my dryer still isn't working properly he hangs up the phone on me. The person who takes the calls is the same person who's doing the repairs...but he acts like its 2 separate people. I call a reputable company the repairman takes the front off dryer shows me where the drying element is burnt so bad it's broken in the middle...he could not believe Ken took the hose off the back of the dryer he was saying the lint needs to get out of machine and he showed me where Ken didn't even clean the lint out the bottom of dryer ...now I have to pay someone to do it correctly.Desired Settlement: I would like my monies returned back to me I paid Ken $100 to do absolutey nothing I see he cashed the check and it seems like it's a personal account. Now I'm wondering if this is a legitimate business. I traced the business by [redacted] his number [redacted]. I feel taken advantage of. please help. Thanks
