As I previously stated in my response on 8/4/Mr*** was told that the apartment still had cleaning and some maintenance to be done before 8/1/which would have been the modate, he stated that he understood before he went to view the unit after which he refused the unit and stated even after it was ready he would still not move inNo security deposit had been paid by Mr*** and I had no obligation to hold this unit in case he changed his mindWhen section does their initial/yearly inspections on units we will sometimes receive a list of things that are needed to be repairedThese items are always taken care of in the allotted time to have the units pass inspection.
His initial complaint was that the apartment was not clean and hot water heater needed to be replacedThe apartment was not completely clean and unfortunately hot water heaters do break and our maintenance guy was in the process of changing it out when he looked at it on 7/28/All of which he was told before he went to look at and he stated he was not worried about these items he just wanted to view it In the response dated 8/14/cleaning was not the major issue the hot water heater and un level floor is the main concernAs I have stated before the hot water heater was being changed out and the floor is not un level however it does have slight squeak to it as does almost ever unit we have even the first unit he was shownTheses townhomes were built in and unfortunately the floor sometime squeakAfter I was cussed at being told I was a "sorry *** person" and having to call the police to have him removed from the property and put him on trespass/ unlawful use of phone notice we will not be able to rent to him

I agree with
the majority of this but the business did not tell me if fails the section inspection therefore I could not put a deposit till this matter was clearedThe fact it wasn't cleaned wasn't my major issueFloor felt Unlevel in one of the bedrooms and the hot water heater was leaking so therefore I am not entitled to give deposit until it passed inspectionI did not curse the lady I simply stated how she miss led meThe only reason I wanted for the police was to obtain her surperiours info in which he joked about the "horrible apartment"

I am rejecting this response because: I did not state at any time that my vehicle was a hazard to drive. My tires were in great condition and I have all of the maintenance records to prove that. I had the means to pay the price quoted to me to replace the ABS module, which that has nothing to do with covering up the flat tire and putting the financial burden on me. The point is that the owner of Master Auto Tech had a blowout while driving my vehicle, disposed of the flat tire, used my spare to change it, replaced the spare with an incorrect tire, and did not inform me of any of it. They intentionally kept this from me and caused me to incur additional fees. If the owner of Master Auto Tech really did incur a $50 fee to replace my spare with an incorrect tire, then why wouldn't he want to pay for the correct tire? He could have done the right thing in the beginning. If Master Auto Tech wasn't responsible for anything they claimed to have done, then why did they go through all of the trouble to do it? That leaves me to believe all of that was done to cover up their mistake while test driving my vehicle.
