I/WE Master Blaster did investigate the customers request and concerns and we found that the customer was correct that we did owe a refund of $due to the technicians math error.The technician has also addressed and coached. Furthermore the customer was contacted 1-2-and advised to
expect a refund check of $via bill-pay to arrive 1-8-18.There was a delay in initially responding to the customers complaint letter as the office assistant that received the letter was separated from employment just after receiving the letter. My apologies for not knowing about this sooner than we should have due to the circumstances. Always know that anyone can pick up the phone to settle any concerns 24-to swiftly resolve any matter instead of simply complaining about things first online before the effort of a phone call is made. The issue was not a miscalculation on the technicians' partIt was your Company's supposition that I was going to pay for the hour they left me to supposedly buy partsThey cleared everything through your office before they wrote up the billThat was a scam, and one I won't soon forget. Also, one technician should have been sufficient to do the job: two were sent which also inflated my cost--I should be asking for an additional refund of $375, since it's not my place to pay for training your techniciansI'm sure your cost for the water heater was considerably below retail, but even if you paid $for it, I paid almost $in labor for hours' workNo wonder I was refused an itemized bill. As I expressed on the phone with you, I didn't go right online to complain; I sent a nicely worded letter, (30Nov17) and waited a considerable amount of time before proceeding further(Revdex.com complaint filed 30Dec17) After receipt of my letter, it was your turn to return the communication. Your employee affairs are not my issue. I remain unconvinced you were even aware of my letter until you were motivated by the Revdex.com to look for it, since it was only after you got the complaint from them that you called me(your first call to me was 5Jan18) So, implying I jumped to the internet to advertise the issue, and getting huffy with me over the phone because I turned to the Revdex.com, demonstrates such deplorable business-sense, I wouldn't subject anyone I know to the possibility of being treated that wayNeedless to say, I will not recommend your company.
