DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO UP THERE AND GET ANY KIND OF WORK DONE. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF THEY TELL YOU IT COMES WITH WARRANTY AND THEN WHEN IT GOES OUT

I went there to install a amp I took out of my car into my truck, install puddle lights, and add viper remote start alarm over 900$ stayed there for 5 hours. first time they brought my truck up I got in and the amp was still on the passenger seat! What was going on all that time? So they took it back to the work area, later they told me the amp doesn't work I need to buy a new one 6-7 more hundred , I passed ,with the wires ran I can buy and install that myself I figured so I left, before I could get out of the parking lot I noticed my dashboard lights were reading doors open, then tire pressure low, then anti skid was showing red, so I figured it was a electrical issue but I couldn't find where since I had multiple things done. Was it the radio? Alarm? Or lights? They couldn't tell me so they said it's closing time come in the morning. Next day my truck won't start, alarm problems so I had to take it to a closer shop who showed my all the shabby installation, so I had to pay to clean it up they also installed the amp that was supposed to not work! After all that when I wash the truck I noticed the puddle lights hanging, so I took it back, they plasterd super glue on the lights to hold them in and got super glue over everything, so in the end they offer a discount in future work🤔 I will not be back! They used to do good work in early 2000s but now they fell all the way off. Take my advice and warning,find another place to take your vehicle if you don't want a huge time wasting headache !

This is unbelievableI told them I was going to take my vehicle whenever I had a chanceI never told them it was going to be the next dayAlso, if I had been aware of the day policy, I would not have took that long to to bring my car backAnd yes there is a sign, but not in a location where it can readily be seenI did not see it until one of the personnel pointed it out to me on the day that I took my car backAlso, my car is a *** ***let me say that again ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where do they get by saying that my speakers are years oldAnd another thing they told me they were going to have to run everything through the factory amp so that the speakers would work.....after taking the car to another reputable stereo store, they showed me a bad installation job done by Master Car Stereo PlusAlso, I called them within minutes of picking up the car and told them about the speakers sounding bad, not days later like how they claimI was shown, and I was there during the process, that Master Car Stereo Plus did not go through the stock amplifier, instead they bypassed it and did a bad jobThat's why the speakers did not sound like they were suppose toAlso, they cut and a stock plug that I had to purchase in order to reinstall my stock radioWhich upon installation sounded way better than the mediocre installation they didThat is why I am so upsetAnd now for them to say that the speakers did not sound right because of the aftermarket radio is a little bit far fetchedIf the installation would have been done correctly, we would not be in this situation right nowAnd I would not be as upset as I amWhen a business does not own up to its mistakes that is when customers start to complain

To whom it may concern: [redacted] Came to our store on May 21 , 2015 Purchase a system. Part of the system was a radio for his [redacted]he paid for it and was told to bring the [redacted] for the radio installation. he was suppose to pay for the installation....

We have a big sign on the counterthat reads WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT OVER 30 DAYS. he was suppose to bring the car the next day.      [redacted] contact us on Sept 2015 trying to get the radio install. We Still honor the radio and he was suppose to pay for the installation.  Then headded a steering Wheel control which costs  $80.00. The installation fee is  $150.00 total $230.00 plus Sales Tax Total $248.98.       We told [redacted] we cannot refund the money on the labor cause its already done When he contact us about the radio we told him.the factory radio puts out 30 Watts total .  The New Aftermarket radio puts out 200 watts total, therefore the new radio will distort the originalspeakers. thus to fix it he needs to replaced the 5 year old speakers or he wont be able to turn the radio as loud as the original radio.And he agreed, then 2 days later he call us he said his wife did not like the radio, and he wanted us to reinstall the factory radio free of chargeand we told him we had to charge him labor to reinstall it. because its labor to remove the old one and reinstall the new one. We never heard from him again.
