Hello,We do feel bad that you feel disappointed in our programIt is our number one priority to make sure that each of our students encounter achievement safely and effectively in their physical training, but more importantly, that they learn life skills such as self control, responsibility, and respect among others in a positive environmentIn our program, it does take at least three years to achieve black belt level status, but it is not in any way a guaranteeThe curriculum is very thorough, therefore is challenging, and most students (adult and children alike) take a bit longer than that to get to the black beltBeginning at the red belt level, the curriculum is considered advanced and the requirements are higher than at any previous levelIt takes a longer period between belts to "move up." It is designed this way to continue to develop a student's physical, intellectual and emotional skillIt is not possible to predict exactly when black belt will be achieved even if all possible detriments are removed (missing classes due to sickness, injury, vacation or the like)As business owners and teachers we constantly monitor class size and provide appropriate staffingWe continuously train all our staff so that each attendee feels that they are developing and becoming better martial artistsWe feel confident that our very experienced staff continues to deliver a safe and effective program, and that they deeply care about each of our students. The first I personally heard of any unrest you had with our program was through the Revdex.comI do hope that you give us the opportunity to serve you and your daughter, and that we might be able to get her the black belt she has been working so hard forIt would be important for us to hear in what ways we can better your experience, and for us to have the opportunity to explain the ins and outs of the advanced levels. Please give us a call so we can schedule a time to work through the issues you have brought upWe would like you to be happy in your decision to have your daughter take classes from us, but understand if you no longer wish to have her continue

Spoke with Mr*** he stated that he checks the voicemail daily and he hasn't received a voicemail that he isn't sure if she called his location or a different locationHe stated that a call will be made either today 10/10/but no later than 10/14/to talk about the issue going on

My daughter has been attending Master Cho’s for going on yearsAs a parent, tae kwon do was exciting and fun for her at first, and I loved that about the companyAs of recently (the past year) the service of the instructors and staff has gotten really poor and her progression became stagnantAt the Glen Allen location the red belt class is over crowded and doesn’t have enough teachers for the amount of students they haveI called to complain to the owners twice and about three months later I still have not received a phone call or emailI am not happy about what’s going on in this school and she only has months left in our year contractWe signed an agreement and were told she would be able to get he black belt in years hence the reason we signed up for a year contractWell needless to say, she has months left and has at least another year to go before blackI have upheld my end of the contract but the business has not upheld there end
