When Master Cleaning came out to assess our carpet for cleaning and stretching, and my husband had almost all the furniture moved so was easy to do the job, they agreed to come out on May 8th, SundayI asked them again later if that day was OK and he said "yes," no problem even though Mother's DayThe appointment was for 1:30pm that day.They never came or calledAt about 4pm I called the company to ask what happened and they did not reply to either numbers I called nor did they ever respond AT ALL, SINCE

He advised he has sent technicians to the consumer's home several times, and the consumer is not willing to work with him He advised that he will try to call the consumer again and try to work out an arrangement
