Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/08) */ We refinished an existing very damaged flooring and Mr [redacted] approved completed job, inspected and paid in fullThenHis tentant and Son [redacted] said there were some areas that needed touch upMr [redacted] was to meet me and I touched up areas per [redacted] because his Dad never came to meet meHe did live across the job site [redacted] took the stain an proceed to do more touch ups all over the edgesI ask him to not do anything that it will mess it upHe refused to listen and I took my iPhone shot images of him doing thatI did however agreed back bedroom was recorded and stain must not of dried were fore need to be resandedI offered to resanded however Mr [redacted] refused to allow me tooI offered he avoids that his Son [redacted] messed floor up by interfering with touch upsDuring this process I tried many times to call but [redacted] phone most time said not in serviceI did have a contract with him and at all times conducted by issues in a workman like manor
