On April 18, I ( [redacted] ***) reached out to [redacted] [redacted] stated that we were trying to collect from the wrong person I asked [redacted] if she can verified her social security or date of birth [redacted] stated that she did not feel comfortable giving me her information I advised her that I needed the information in order to match it against the record in our office I advised her to dispute the account with the credit bureau and maybe we can start there.I called [redacted] today and left a message on her voice mail for her to call me back to further discuss the matter If this debt was wrongfully placed on [redacted] credit file, [redacted] will gladly notified the credit bureaus immediately to delete the record We have a file with a signature on it If [redacted] did not sign this lease we need more information from her She can called this office Mon-Friday between the hours of 9-at [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***
