To whom it may concern, We have an ad that says "easy financing" we work with a company called Easy pay financeIt's not up to us how much they get qualified for with that company We never fix the car unless the customer agrees to the final price of the fix which in this case was $ because the car needed more parts for it to be fixedThe customer agreed and allowed us to do the jobMy business doesn't have a payment plan option and if you don't pay you will be charged a $per day storage fee for each day that it is not payed for after the job is finished

I will forward the email to the previous owner Akram F [redacted] as I have no knowledge of this file For the record I took over this business on August 14th and will be responsible for handling any issues that may arise from that date onwards Regarding his request to pull the ad from New Times that is not acceptable as it is our main source of advertisingI did however change the ad the first week here based on recommendations from Revdex.com.Best Regards

This is the biggest lie ever and the shop needs closed permanently as they are taking advantage of peopleNot only I'd they touch my 4runner, they disassembled the whole top end of the engine to replace heads and camsThey then attempted to charge me for new heads and cams and told me to pick up the vehicle that it was doneWhenI came to pick up the truck, it was pouring oil and was running far worse than when it was brought inTold them this was not acceptableThey took the engine appart agian, however this time, I required to see the parts before install to verify that they were indeed newThey weren't! They were my old parts! I then called the police and had the vehicle removed from their shop on a tow truck with everything disassembled! Don't let them continue to do this to customers

I respectively disagree with the complainant that this is my responsibility as I did not purchase the shares of the business nor any of its liabilities direct or contingent . Your issue is with the previous owner. Regarding your other comments that the previous owner is still involved with the business is not true. Neither he nor Eddy work here anymore

On August 14th I purchased the assets of Master Engine rebuilding and machine shop I did not purchase the shares or any liabilities including warranties provided to customers prior to my purchase They are the responsibility of the previous owner Mervat and or Akram F*
In light of this I request you forward all complaints relating to warranties prior to August 14th to them I believe you have their contact information on file Should there be any complaints relating to work performed after August 14th please forward them to me.Thank youJohn R*** *** ***On Wednesday, September 20, 7:

Your response is invalid and the reason is because when you buy or take over a business you don't get the option of deciding which customers you are going to work for and which situations you are going to handle. You should of had all these outstanding issues handled and closed out before buying the business because they are you're issues to now handle. You might not have purchased the shares of the warranty work but if you bought the business then you don't need to purchase them because you inherited them. Also, just to let you know the work I'm trying to get done by you guys isn't warranty work in the first place. I'm still trying to get you guys to handle the original contract. I have never had either truck running longer then 24hours. It sounds like you guys are trying to pull a fast one over on all the customers especially when the old owner is still down in the shop and making the calls still. Just last week when I was on the phone w/Eddie I could still hear him in the back ground barking order and telling Eddie he doesn't have room at your shop for another truck. So if you really bought the business on August 14th, then that's the same thing as buying the business on the day they opened a few years ago. So this is you're responsible now! I have truck sitting down at Ford waiting for you to address because you guys screwed up my block in that truck and Ford is telling me all cylinders are leaking greater then 12% and you guys made a huge score mark inside cylinder #that won't allow the truck engine to be rebuilt. Please don't try telling me somebody else could have done it because that isn't the case. You guys were the only ones that touched that truck since you guys did the tear down to inspect the engine to make sure I had a working core. '

because the car needed more parts for it to be fixed. The customer agreed and allowed us to do the job. My business doesn't have a payment plan option and if you don't pay you will be charged a $25 per day storage fee for each day that it is not payed for after the job is finished.

They never did a credit application to see if I would qualify for ‘easy credit’. They never offered to buy my car as advertised. They just threatened to take me to Court if I didn't pay immediately.Alan W[redacted]

Response: This customer brought his car into my shop to get fixed after he agreed on the estimate we gave him. we never touched the car or did any repairs to it. He called us and let us know that he wanted to remove his vehicle from my shop and wanted to get it done elsewhere. We told him that was...

fine and that he could come and get his car whenever he wanted to. Around 5 weeks later the car was still sitting in my shop and was never picked up. The customer ended up bringing the cops to my place saying that I didn’t want to return the car to him. He took the car and we never heard back from him.
