 Vehicle has mag slot spoke wheels with a 4 inches or above opening.  Break caliber and brake pads can be seen.  [redacted] was advised to take his truck back to his mechanic to have his rear brakes replaced.  At no time did we discuss doing the repairs for him.We cannot speak for other Inspection locations.  Master European does follow regulations

Master European Automotive RepairIt's correct about the $95.00 fee for diagnose when he dropped off the vehicle .I called on 03/30/2017 and explained  very clearly to Mr [redacted], About his vehicle, that it  has no communication with the ASR control module or Transmission control...

module with our  diagnostic computer that will require more labor time to do a pin out schematic diagnostic from 1.5 hour to 2.5 hour labor $150.00 to $250.00 he said "okay I need it to be fix, I can not drive it that way". Diagnosing a Vehicle with a diagnostic computer takes only 1 hour, you can see  the computer print out with fault codes and actual value. Now if you don't have any communication, you have pull a schematic and  a volt meter to test  and put signal from voltage to ground, CAN Communication line.Now for the Vehicle being in side the shop, I told Mr [redacted]  that we will keep his Vehicle in side the shop overnight because the vehicle has custom wheels and did not what to take a chance of someone stealing his custom wheels, We do not charge our customers to keep there vehicle inside the shop at overnight .On 3/31/2017 I Called Mr [redacted],  to explain  what we found on our diagnosing, he kept talking over me,  about what the internet say's, and what he found is the possible problem and what the parts cost.
