Review: I purchased a bag of m&ms on 6/17/2013 from [redacted] located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. I was eating m&ms on 6/20/2013 and I bit down on rocks painted in M & M colors. I almost cracked a tooth on these rocks and experienced jaw pain for several days after this occurred. Furthermore, it is difficult to predict any future issues I may have from this as it could have weakened my teeth. I am legally blind and this was not something seen as I grabbed the m&ms and placed them in my mouth. This could have been great harm to any disabled person, elderly person or child. I wrote to m&ms and sent them a certified letter asking for response of this concern in 30 days. They received the letter on July 8th 2013 signed for by their employee [redacted] Today is August 17th and I still haven't received a reply. This is a sad state of affairs that this is the way they treat their disabled blind customers not even to respond to correspondence sent to them. They had 3 ways to get ahold of me and didn't choose any one of them. Finding rocks m&ms in a candy such as m&ms is dangerous and could cause great damage.Desired Settlement: There are several desired outcomes such as the knowledge that they looked into the situation so it doesn't occur in the future. The knowledge that they are willing to help their customers and make them comforted in purchasing the product in the future. The knowledge that m&ms doesn't ignore it's disabled/blind customers. It was a smack in the face to follow there customer service procedures and receive no customer service.

I'm went to the store and purchased two bags of cat food when we got home we found bugs in the bags we immediately contacted the company and inform them of what was going on gave them all the numbers off the bags gave them the UPC code told them when and where we purchase them more than a month and we got no email back from them at some point we pretty much gave up and threw everything away it wasn't safe to use in the company finally responds almost 5 weeks later telling us that they need all of the product and the receipt to replace the bags well at this point we don't have it anymore it took them a month to respond to us that is terrible customer service and they're clearly not standing behind their productDesired Settlement: I want both bags replaced I'm not asking for any money I'm not asking for anything extra but we will run small cat rescue with limited funding and when we have to throw away two big bags of cat food that's a big deal to us the company should stand behind its product and replace the 2 bags
