Review: April 2015 I paid Mr. [redacted] $500.00 to refurbish my sofa and love seat, I asked if he could make me some pillows as well, he agree but asked that I bring him extra material. I then went to Tijuana, MX for the material and I brought it to him a few days later. After about a week or two I called him and asked if they were ready his response was that he would have them ready in a few days and call me. Well a few days passed and no phone call, I proceeded by calling him and going to the Spring Valley Swap Meet where he sells his items. He then told me that the material I had brought him was used for something else other then my order. I told him he would have to give me money and I Would have to go back to Tijuana to purchase some more material. He agreed and gave me $40.00 for material. Once I got material I called him and took it to him, he said call him in two days, when I called him he told me that the material was lost. He called me a few days later to tell me he found it and he would call me when ready. We are now on June 15, 2015, and I have yet to receive a phone call from him. The sofa and love seat were returned to me half way done with no piping done on them and of course months after he promised me that they would be done.Desired Settlement: I have wasted my time and money on this entire order. The times I went to Tijuana, my gas I spent to go to his shop and the swap meet and all the material I bought for the entire order. He has not once apologized for any inconvenience he has caused me, I am a senior citizen and I just cannot justify why or how he runs his business in this matter. I would appreciate if he returns my entire money from this order $500.00.
