I received a response from you all (*** ***) regarding the status of my complaint which states you have
contacted Nixon E***I want to inform you that I have written a single
space letter of the complaint with pictures and other documentation,
however was not able to submit this information online to you
all. I am more than willing to forward the packet of information so that
you all can be aware of the serious issues I am dealing with regarding the work
done by Nixon E***
I continue to be upset with Nixon E***
by what has transpired and I do not trust him at allI know that he
got notice from Revdex.com of the complaint but his email to me stating that my
issue is the gutters to my house is far from the main issue. He should
have received the packet of my complaint, however I see that Maryland Home
Inspection Commission has a different address for him and I do not believe he
ever notified them of his change of address. I know that with my own
license, it is my job to notify my licensure board of my change of addressIf
he hasn't, as shown on MHIC site, then it is clear he may not have
received my documentation. Still, even if he has not, he should know
what many of the issues are and an email just mentioning the gutters
is the least of my concerns.
I have not corresponded with Nixon E*** due
to the fact that I made numerous attempts prior to reach him and
he never responded back. He never even did a final inspection of my home,
however he never has completed the work and even did work in my home
that should have been done first with a permit. The issues
are upsetting and it is frightening living in my home knowing something
serious could be present without having the permits.
Please let me know if the complaint
information is to be sent to Revdex.com and if so, the address and attention
to that I should use. I thank you for taking the time to listen and
take my complaint seriously
