Master Lorenzo Home Improvement Corp.

He started roof, deck, pavers and put drainage in my backyard in Oct 2017 and didn't complete the work until Fall of 2018. The drain is not draining into the dry well. and he refused to come to look at what he did wrong. does not answer calls. He repaired my garage and took out the lights but never reinstalled them. He put bricks in the front and never cemented them down. He took all the bricks that was remaining although he didn't pay for them. I would not recommend him for any jobs.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Master Lorenzo Home Improvement Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved...

Master Lorenzo called me on May [redacted], 2014 to ask me if he could come over. I informed him I wasn't at  the house.
He asked when I would be there since he had to see me to pay me what the other contractor charged me for the work he did to the ceiling, which was $1100.00. I informed him that I was out of state and gave him the address where he could mail me a money order for the amount stated. I mailed him a note with the address written. As of today I haven't heard from him, or received payment.

Revdex.com:I received a money order for $1100.00 today from Master Lorenzo Home Improvement. It was incorrectly filled out but the bank accepted it. I have been for the amount I paid to have the repairs made that Master Lorenzo failed to do.

Review: I gave [redacted] a deposit of $740 to install railings by my front steps. [redacted] has not installed the railings and has not given me a refund. He also did not seal the brickwork.Desired Settlement: It is [redacted]'s responsibility to provide a $740 refund for his failure to install railings by the front steps.

Review: On December/2013 a business card for Master Lorenzo was left at my property. I was looking for a roofer due to roof leaking. I proceeded to call him to come and give me an estimate. He came the same day, climbed on the roof with my spouse and it was verified that the roof needed replacing.[redacted] explained that he would remove all the old roofing material down to the ply wood, and install an entire new roof, removing all flashing, add 3 vents. He returned on December *,2013 with a contract for the amt. of $7600.00. A deposit was given for $200.00 and balance at completion. [redacted] stated he would start on 12/**/13 but started a few days later and completed job later. After the first snow storm the roof started leaking, he was notified by text and he came two days later when the ceiling and walls were damaged. When he came saw he proceeded to correct the problem on the roof and had workers correct the walls and ceiling. After the rains that came after that, it started to rain inside the room again, this has gone since then he says he is coming and doesn't show or call. Pictures have been taken with cell phone and sent to him.He was in my property on 4/**/14 and scraped the ceiling and put a coating of compound, informed me he would be back today, 4/**/14. Haven't heard from him. Compound is peeling off. [redacted] is very unprofessional with no integrity. He informed me that he would be responsible for the repair of the ceiling, which he has not complied.Desired Settlement: He is to replace the ceiling in the bedroom where that water damaged it after he supposedly completed the roof. He has given the roof two coatings of a sealant after the ceiling in bedroom was damaged. It has not leaked since. He has another phone [redacted] which I have called and left messages with no response.1st complain=12/**/13, 2nd 2/**/14, 2/**/14,2/**/14,2/**/14. Last call was made 4/*/14.
