I am rejecting this response because: While it seems that the facts being presented put up an argument that seems to favor Grogan's Cleaners and I don't have any other evidence other than my complete sincere word of saying that I wore the suit on Sunday, got it cleaned on Monday and picked it up a few days laterI have moved back home for the summer and went through my entire dorm room of my school and the pants are no where to be found. The threat to sue, I do retract and never followed through with it because I am far to busy to deal with such matters, I admit that it was a foolish threat to makeI do not, however, retract the reviews that I have given of the business online because of how belittled I felt after being screamed at, called a liar and hung up onI have since then had to buy a similar pair of pants to match my suit because I need to have a full suit ready at all times. The reason that I "name drop" Texas Bible College is because many, if not all, students at the school use Grogan's because of the price and it is a block away from the schoolAlso most TBC students have a good name in the community and I hoped in using the name of that college would help convince Mr*** that I am a Christian and I would not just try to hit a business up for money without cause. At this point I would be completely satisfied with half payment for appeasement and help relieve some of the financial strain that I am currently under to prepare for school this coming semesterWhile there seems to be a solution in Mr*** eyes, I this had it been the first time I've had an issue with Grogan's organization of clothing and I have nothing else to go off of other than the word of saying I did brig them in and a suit without its original pants
