In the beginning of the year, we repaired this customer's spring on the gate. When we repaired the spring, we suggested him to change the motor as well, but he rejected the offer. The problem he is...

Review: On 1-**-2015, Western Metal Work & Supply, Inc. repaired my store rolling door and promised me two-year warranty on it. I paid in full. However, from last week, the rolling door could roll up only, refused to roll down. It was within the warranty, so I called the company and the boss came to my store and checked. He saw the door was arched in some place and told me he could fix it, but I must pay more which was against the warranty.Desired Settlement: I want to get my door fixed without charging extra since it is within warranty.
