Review: We purchased and prepaid in full blocks of lessons, 25 lessons for $500. After using two blocks and purchasing the third, the classes wee not being taught to our satisfaction. Lessons were being taught by 'students', games were played for 1/2 the class and and dance routines were being practiced for an upcoming parade, which we were not even involved in. Testing was upcoming for the next level for our son and nothing was being done to prepare for it. When asked if my son was going to be able to test, we were told he was not prepared and that we could pay for private lessons to help. We also asked why teaching wasn't being done by the master instructor, he told us he was involved with some personal things and that he would be bringing a relative and friend to take over teaching since he wasn't able to devote the time required. After over 1 year of lessons, we felt the LESSONS THAT WE PAID FOR AND EXPECTED WERE NOT BEING DELIVERED anymore and further, the disappointment my son felt made it impossible for him to continue. Asking for a refund of the unused lessons resulted in being told, we signed a contract and on the reverse it states not refunds, final answer. We were also told that any complaint would be thrown out because they were legally covered in the contract. We could use the lessons, transfer to another child (which we don't have) or lose the money. My son loved the classes and was doing very good and was completely let down after a month of dancing, games and not being able to test due to not being taught the required basics. We even purchased all equipment needed and AS REQUIRED, can only use and purchase items they sell. Others have quit during this time for the same reason and many employees have since relocated due to business practice conflicts as well.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of just all the unused lessons that were prepaid for, block of 25 lessons purchased for $500 total, unused 14 lessons x $20 = $280
