Master Motors had me feel rushed throughout the entire process. I just brought home a [redacted] today and I was very happy until I got a closer look at the car. The car had not been detailed at all, CLEARLY. I even found a [redacted]'s bag and empty water bottle in the trunk. This is the most filthy car I've ever been in, I feel dirty after driving in my "new" car. They need to hire new retailers or maybe even new management because that car should not have been handed off to ANYONE. There are (remove able) stains on the seats that I had mentioned, even. I was told that they'd be taken care of, and of course they weren't. The car was not vacuumed, was not shampooed, and the windows haven't been touched either. My car is filthy and I can't even believe that they would they that this is ok. They lied to me about the detailing, and also lied to me about having a decent amount of gas in my tank while leaving... I left and immediately had to go to the gas station. The people of master motors definitely lied to me and didn't do their jobs with detailing it. It's very gross and I am telling everyone I know about this because of the empty [redacted]'s bag alone... Thats repulsive and I am disgusted by their business right now. They haven't answered my email to resolve this situation, even though they've been emailing me nonstop to come in and pick up the car ASAP. So unacceptable.
