Master Motors had me feel rushed throughout the entire processI just brought home a [redacted] today and I was very happy until I got a closer look at the carThe car had not been detailed at all, CLEARLYI even found a [redacted] 's bag and empty water bottle in the trunkThis is the most filthy car I've ever been in, I feel dirty after driving in my "new" carThey need to hire new retailers or maybe even new management because that car should not have been handed off to ANYONEThere are (remove able) stains on the seats that I had mentioned, evenI was told that they'd be taken care of, and of course they weren'tThe car was not vacuumed, was not shampooed, and the windows haven't been touched eitherMy car is filthy and I can't even believe that they would they that this is okThey lied to me about the detailing, and also lied to me about having a decent amount of gas in my tank while leavingI left and immediately had to go to the gas stationThe people of master motors definitely lied to me and didn't do their jobs with detailing itIt's very gross and I am telling everyone I know about this because of the empty [redacted] 's bag aloneThats repulsive and I am disgusted by their business right nowThey haven't answered my email to resolve this situation, even though they've been emailing me nonstop to come in and pick up the car ASAPSo unacceptable
