If I could give no stars I would!!!!
First I Have a hoover Vacuum that the brush stopped workingI checked the belt and brush and the motor to the brush stopped workingI contacted Hoover about it and they treated me like I was stupid and that I didn't know what I was talking aboutMind you I have had this vac for years and I'm sure I would know how to use itThey then told me to take it to this place for them to check it outSo I bring it in and they told me it will take to business days to look at itNow it's just the the motor to the belt but ok take to days!?!the girl also told me that I can pay $to have them look at it in to but I was ok with not having my vacuum for weeks bc I figured I can use someone vac if I had toWell I called in to check on it and the second time I did they said they submitted the claim to Hoover and it will take Hoover to WEEKS to ether send a replacement or partsI'm like WTFNo one, not Hoover or Southwyck Vac told me about this extra to weeksSo I said something and he reexplained everything but that wasn't my problem, he then transfered me to talk to his Wife for some reason and she just repeated what he said so I told her that that is what he said and I understand but my issue is that no one told me about the extra to weeksShe kept interrupting me and I asked her to please stop, she then told me I can come pick my vacuum up and they are done with it, this lady is extremely rude and I can't believe she is still in business, I asked for the owner and she laughed and said she was so I told her well I'll just call Hoover and ended the callAs I was mad I ended up calling them back because I needed the claim number to give to Hoover and the man answer the phone and also treated me the same way as his wife did and kept telling me that they take my vacuum in as a courtesy to me and that they don't get paid anything from Hoover for doing this and he also said that the phone calls are all on speaker phone and that they record the phone calls which is illegal because you cannot record anyone without their knowledgeAfter an extremely awkward phone call I ended up getting the claims number and then I contacted Hoover againI really don't trust Southwyck Vac, he says that this is a family-run business and that they have an A+ score with the Revdex.com and kept saying that he was doing this as a courtesy to me saying that they don't get paid for what they're doingBut the way I was treated I have no clue how they have an A+ score with the Revdex.comI ended up talking to Hoover's escalation Department and she said that they do get paid for what they're doing and he is wrongMy point is that DON'T TAKE YOUR VACUUM HEREthese people are rude and have no customer service at allThey r not a trustworthy company and I wish I would have known this before I brought my vacuum here, hopefully they haven't done anything to itPlz don't go here

The girl in the store doesn't know anything about repairs and the person to make repairs apparently shows up when he wants to.
