I took my [redacted] Snowblower to "Master Nick" for a tune up and belt changes before last winter hit us.... It took the Master almost 6 weeks to perform the service. I had multiple inquiries along the way regarding when I was going to get my snowblower back and the Master always had an excuse like " had to special order the belts" and "waiting on parts" - During this whole time my snowblower sat outside in his yard totally exposed to the weather... obviously he doesn't have much respect for other people's equipment (I take very good care of mine) and when I finally got it back, it had various points of rust on the machine where it never had any rust when I dropped it off. That isn't the worst of it ~ When I went to use the snow blower the first time following the Master servicing it, the auger was not engaging due to the main belt slipping... I wound up finding the correct part on my own via the [redacted] web site on my computer and ordered the CORRECT belt ~ I changed the belt and the snow blower works fine. Bottom line = "Master Nick" has some nerve calling himself "Master" as he cannot even find the correct belt for a common snow blower (I found it and replaced it) ~ I could have saved almost $300.00 and 6 weeks of aggravation plus the degraded condition of my machine due to the "master's" lack of care.

I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this business to service any of your machinery ~ it will not be a good experience.
