Master of Disaster Restoration

We recently had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Part of the ceiling collapsed and there was water damage along one wall. We have tall custom cabinets which needed to be removed and repaired. So it took several trips to get it all done. Today it was finished and we were happy with the results. Tim was very responsive to our needs and questions and we would recommend this company.

Master of Disaster provided superb reliable honest customer service. We had a water leakage problem in our house that appeared to be very difficult to diagnose unless we did extensive demolition to our main floor area. Their technician [redacted] effectively and quite amazingly found the source of our leakage problem, in turn minimizing how much demolition would be required in order to rectify our leaking issue. He also went way beyond the normal Customer Service "call of duty" by coming to our home during "non -standard" working hours in order to accommodate my hectic work schedule.Master of Disaster provided honest, fair pricing for their services and did not raise the price of the estimate when our Insurance company would not pay them for all the extra hours they spent at our home.The quality of their work was A1 and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest home Disaster Restoration service.

I have recently had a flood in my home and my plumber suggested that I give [redacted] a call to come out and help me dry my home out. So I called [redacted] and he was here within an hour and was very helpful explaining the process of how every thing was going to take place. I have never experienced any type of water damage before so I had no idea where to even begin. He help me file a claim with my insurance company. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how each of the machines worked. He was very professional. [redacted] came by every day after the water damage happen to check out the drying of the walls. He was always on time and I had ask that he call ahead which he did every time. Great company. The billing must have been right inline as my insurance had sent me a check two days after the dry out was complete to pay Master of Disaster.

I had a plumbing leak inside my house at 4:30 in the afternoon on Aug. 20, 2013. I called my insurance company immediately and they recommended Master of Disaster for the clean up. MOD responded within an hour and they removed the standing water inside my home and started the drying out process by 6:00 p.m. Their employee, [redacted], did an exceptional job with a minimum of disturbance to my routine.
