I could not possibly recommend Master Painting & Remodeling any higher! When people do good work, they need to be recognized for it, and I want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve for the work on my house. I moved into this home a few years back, knowing that there were some old & outdated design choices, but it was only recently that I committed myself to some remodeling. Master Painting & Remodeling was my lifesaver; from the first phone call they were incredibly friendly and ready to work with me to make sure my rooms got painted and patch up all of the old holes and cracks from years ago. The workers were friendly and clean, and at the end of the day I paid a reasonable price for everything. Definitely go to them if you need interior work done; they are reliable and efficient!

Rod and his team along with Ramon were awesome

Remodeled my new bought home in less than a month

Incredible!!!!

Had an amazing experience with Master Painting and Remodeling! They were able to understand what I wanted and make recommendations. After the superb interior paint job, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling, I can say my house feels like a home.

Lack of communication and professionalism, and bizarre experience overall led me to leave a negative review for this company.
I contacted them to get a quote on two bathrooms remodeling and popcorn removal. The start was really great, I liked their online appointment scheduling, I was promptly contacted by a representative who got all the details. The estimator showed up on time, took the measurements, and answered my questions. Everything seemed to be going well until they just disappeared.
I had not heard back from them for 3 weeks. I tried calling but nobody picked up the phone. Once I got a person on the phone who promised to call me right back and I had never heard back from him again.
Online chat would not connect. Voicemail messages would not result in a call back.
Finally, after contacting them by email, I received a response from the lady who came to my house and here it got really weird. She stated that their company can't provide me with an estimate for the insurance. Not even once did I ask them for that!
I did have a hurricane-related claim but it had nothing to do with the work I wanted t hire this company for! That claim was for a damaged roof and was closed by the time I contacted this company. I don't know how they got that idea and why they did not even have a courtesy of picking up the phone and asking me directly about it. Instead, I wasted three weeks waiting for an estimate that they had no intention of giving me! That is really bizarre! Thankfully, there are plenty of contractors in the area. I am glad that it happened before I even signed a contract with them and I would not have to deal with this kind of unprofessional behavior.

We would like to respond to the poor comments that have been issued regarding our services.

Master Painting and Remodeling did visit with customer for an initial consultation to find out regarding the
customers needs. However, our services have a guideline which we are allowed to follow in our market.

During the initial conversation with client at her home we where informed that the customer presented water damage in the
dining room area and ceiling areas in several rooms due to water intrusion during the hurricane last year. This informed
our representative that this project involved insurance claim issues. At this point it was determined that we where not able to provide customer with the services she was looking for due to not being a service provider with the appropriate estimates for the insurance industry. Insurance companies write there estimates with a program called Xactimate and we do not operate with this database. Being that we do not operate this system we did not want to be unfair to customer and write her an estimate with less cost effective allowances that Master Painting and Remodeling does not normally handle.

As a courtesy we wrote back to prospective client and informed her of our business guidelines.

Please contact me if you would like to further discuss

Thank You

we did not complete your job and did not collect any monies so with that being said everything your are posting is false . First of all as you can see from the picture this was suppose to be a exterior basketball court - The owner of master painting decided to step away from your house after you called him over 50 times with complaints and the only thing he was doing was trying to help you and find a resolution since the painter that was suppose to do your job was suffering from a back injury ! Mr has posted on several websites that we are liars and did not come with the right supplies to the job site and that is totally false
The owner of the company *** will sue for defamation and cease to desist letter has been issue so this abuse will never happen to another business owners
At Master Painting and Remodeling we try we really do our best to satisfy every single customer of ours but unfortunately we cannot predict that such a horrible person like Mr [Member Name Removed] would insult,Threat and bash everyone from this company
He went as far as saying that he would devote his entire life to destroying our brand name ! Do you think that this a normal behavior from a supposedly sane 44 year old man ?
We made the right choice but stepping out and next time we hope that we can somehow for see these special circumstances
Now *** is very disturbed by the 66 threats he has received from this small so simple job that he changed the design at least 6 times and did not give our company a fair chance without making everyone feel very uncomfortable from the office manager to the estimators then of course the painter

unfulfilled contract literally stealing $7000 for a totally horrible home remodeling job..everything is a disaster. Mr *** is a crook

I'm writing this letter of dispute regarding an unfulfilled contract between myself and Master Remodeling, was not completed to my satisfaction, therefore I have outlined below the basis for my complaint in full detail. 1.The crown molding installed was mixed with two different qualities of material, one being a more inferior brand than the other.2. Several rooms that were not authorized to be painted were painted in an attempt to justify $7000 worth of work without refinishing floors.3. The knock down in living room and dining room were complete mismatch, and my choice of paint color was substituted for a totally incorrect color plus walls were not properly sealed and are now bleeding through. Also two coats were not applied as was spelled out in contract.4. This dragged on for 3 months or more inconveniencing me for months. The final payment was made with the stipulation that a letter be written promising work would be completed to my satisfaction , and the company would paint top molding and place a missing plaque in the doorway. Being that I'm a 74 year old woman, the painter became ill also he was elderly. I contacted some to move furniture which cost an additional $200. There was also a request for an additional $430 for work on the doorway which was initially included in the the original proposal . Finally there was an agreement in the proposal to refinish the floors a separate room that was never fulfilled, but the cost was never subtracted from final contract. Therefore I'm requesting that a refund in the amount of $3,510 be returned due to an incomplete job performance and crashing my remodeling dreams and turning them into a nightmare. Summary = flooring $2,525
extra $430 additional painting $255 furniture removal $200 tip $100 = total $3,510

Desired Outcome

Requesting refund of $3,510 listed and described on previous page.

This lady is upset . She wants to do her house for free . Please look at the attached document and you will see all the change orders she requested ! The owner of the company himself has been to her home at least seven times and now she's playing the old lady card ! We basically made her really old home look new again and went above and beyond trying to please her she went as far as tipping every employee of ours $100 each
