My driver verified the light on the vehicle was already damaged He even called the customer to verify this to which the customer agreed The vehicle had been sitting so long the rear brake were locked up My driver took the extra time and attention to release the brakes so he was able to tow it with out tow dollies, resulting in extra charges The customer stood in the middle of the road and gave my driver a thumbs up once he was able to get the brakes to release The key ring had a lot of extra keys on it so my driver instructed the customer to remove his extra keys and put the vehicle keys back inside the car The customer was the last person inside the vehicle.Abc Auto Repair and Towing [redacted]
