I am rejecting this response because: the damage to the box spring was not pre-existingIt was in perfect conditionI have researched the replacement cost and it would be approximately $to replace but I would be willing to settle the complaint for $ Since I will not be returning to Amore in light of their poor customer service policy a store credit is not something I would agree to

When asked A[redacted] agreed to and refunded [redacted] $120.00  on 5/6/16 for boxes of tile that was over ordered. Regarding the customers written complaint regarding damage to a box spring, my installers conveyed to me it was existing damage. Amore installed a kitchen floor 2 years ago in 2014 and soon after replaced a few tiles due to a defect in one tile. Industry standard Installation warranty is one year.  Amore installation warranty is one year. On 7/13/16  customer [redacted] came in to Amore Floor and purchased Carpet,pad,...

installation for there rental unit for $1453.38 paid for on a credit card in full. When I measured the carpet area they asked me to look at the damaged tile in there kitchen upstairs and upon inspection I said I would help them by replaceing the tile. My intention was to replace the tile when we were there installing the carpet in the other unit. Customer [redacted] weeks after signing a carpet contract rescinded and cancelled the credit card payment well beyond the 3day period without reason, I  allowed the return and was still willing to change out the tile for them. On the day the tile was scheduled to be done , my installer was sick and I phoned and Spoke with [redacted] and informed him it would have to be another day and I apologize for any inconvenience. I feel Ive been more then fair with the [redacted]s to date. Im still willing to help them and replace the tile.   Thank you Darrin A[redacted]
