Master Printers on Main St here in Canon City, terrible service and would not recommend them to anyoneMy mom passed away on the 10th so I went Down there last week to get some name plate engraved for the memorial pictures, I ordered of them and said they would be ready for pick up yesterdayThey called yesterday and said they were ready for pick up and then as I was leaving the house they called back and said they made a mistake and had to redo itThey called today and said it was ready for pick up so I went down there and they only had one and she insisted that I only wanted oneI took the one got home to attach it and there was no stick tape on ten back as described when I was orderingThis is a very busy time and that last thing I wanted to do was run back and fourth and call and get calledI called down there and she was rudeI would never use them again
Stopped by to have two cardboard boxes made for a pair of chairsThe person behind the counter, I later learned the owner, said took measurements saying she would call the company that makes the boxes and get a price Then apologized saying she by herself and would call me when she had some time to do so
I asked where the boxes where being made, Colorado Springs she saidI was going there the next day for Lasik surgery and p/u the boxes myselfcalled that Monday Some rude employee answered the phoneI said I had been in, I think it was Saturday, "We aren't open on Saturday!" I went back down and asked a new lady behind the counter Can I just order them myself? She lied and said, "Oh no, they only sell to businesses." I paid her $and found out when I picked them up the two boxes the real cost $I will drive to Pueblo before I deal with these liars again
