Master rebuilders was paid $20,900 on October 8 2018 to replace my roof. To this day, January 22, my roof has not been replaced and it has been raining which has caused mildew to form in my children's room. The week before Christmas they came out and removed all the tiles off the roof of my home and never came back to replace them. Therefore, my roof has been getting wet since then. I have exalted every attempt in trying to reach them and has been giving the run around and excuses as to why they haven't come out to replace the roof. I have the contract, their licensing, estimate, and proof of cashed check that I paid to them. This is becoming a health hazard as my children as my children are breathing in the mildew from the rain soaking into the bare roof.

Mrs *** D *** sign a contract on March of 2019 and on April 2019 we have all the documents and the Monarch Lakes POA Architectural Modification Affidavit ready for permits and on Mat 2019 we have a permit and ready to start that day we had to stop work due to a association management situation we needed to get approval by the order association they did not understand why we had a city permit ready to start.
