Our house has typical Spanish-style concrete tile-forms over the water proofing membrane. We also have a flat roof over a patio that they also renewed. They were responsive in all respects during our contractor evaluation and selection phase. We reused our tiles with the normal 10-15% replacement of those chipped or cracked. Our HOA had to approve the color match of the replacement tiles, and Master worked well to resolve that matter. Once on the job they were satisfyingly attentive to it. They were timely and stayed with it, completing the job in the stated time frame. Every night they left the premises tidy and orderly. Master sold us on a 90# membrane which is fully mineralized. I don't know if this was the best approach, and won't for 20 or 25 years. When you select a roofer, about all you have to go on is reputation, years in the business, and how they interact with you, the customer. I find no fault with any of our interactions with Master, and on that basis I would (and have) recommended him to friends. I am pleased that we selected Master, and I expect our roof to last many, trouble-free years. In fact, we did get through the first year of monsoons with no leaks (we had the job done in January, 2016, and I waited to submit this evaluation until after the monsoons).
