I would never recommend this company to do your roofing. They quote you a price in the beginning and when the project is completed they tell you that you owe twice as much and if you don't pay they will put a lien on your house. Absolutely criminal!! Horrible customer service with no communication with the customer!
We have done nothing but communicate with this homeowner. On Saturday March 16 we had a meeting at 9 am to settle the bill. I called him at 9:30 and he stated that we did not have a meeting scheduled. We then rescheduled for 11 am at the same location. Once again a no show. I called him at 11:30 am and was given the same response that we did not have a meeting set up. We then agreed to meet 20 minutes later. He finally showed up 50 minutes later with a check for less than owed. When we pointed out that the check was not enough he grabbed the check and left. He has paid us nothing for the labor or materials used to complete this job in a timely manner.
We had to have the roof on our rental house replaced this fall and everything went great. The work was done in a timely manner and the roof looks great. Our biggest concern was nails being left in the yard after the work was done due to the children living there. Ron made sure everything was clean up and we haven't found any nails in the yard. Ron was wonderful to work with when it came to the paper work. He was very flexible with us getting payment to him. Our insurance company was running behind on claims due to the hurricanes and Ron waited without complaining for the payments from the insurance company.
When we have to put a new roof on our house we will definitely call Ron again.

I had my roof replaced from a hail storm in Johnstown. Ron was the gentlemen that took care of us. He took care of all the miscellaneous items that needed to be taken care of, painting, window and fence repair. He always answered his phone and was there to take of things for us! Thanks Ron
Very disappointed with Master Roofing. Took 2 months to finish the job then they overcharged us. Ron was the person we dealt with. He is unprofessional and rude!
Wes was Johnny on the spot! He quickly gave me an estimate and my roof was completed within two weeks. The courteous and respectful crew worked very hard and did the job in one day. I couldn't even tell they were here after the clean-up. Kristen was a great help dealing with insurance.

Master roofing did a great job replacing our hail damaged roof.
They stripped and reshingled our roof in one day.
Their customer service was excellent also they kept us informed of where we were in the process and felt with the insurance company.

Masters Roofing really disappointed me on a complete reroofing job. They all of a sudden stopped working and despite multiple calls to their office and three different managers, I was unable to get them to return to finish the job. This was in November, So I had to quickly hire a second roofing company to come out and finish the job before the inclement weather came.
They overpromised and under-delivered and they were not the low bIdder, by any means.
It’s unfortunate that they pride themselves on being a female-owned company in the male dominated construction industry as they are giving women a bad name since they are one of the few with that designation.
I would recommend this company to everybody, and I MEAN everybody. This outfit works with you, is your teammate. They do not compete with you as they are a team player....The prices and choices provided are very reasonable...I am very happy that we found them......
