Master Rooms

Review: I went to this business seeking assistance with moving into a room immediately, within the same day or next day. I was told before paying for the service that I would be found a room that I was comfortable and satisfied with and able to move in. I explained to the worker that I preferred a large room starting at 200 dollars, be able to have kitchen access and a visitor from time to time. The worker informed me he had many rooms at that price and my preferences; I then paid for the service, gave my ID to be photocopied, and filled out a form with my personal information. I was never given proper receipt showing the amount I paid, 125.00. My lack of judgement was definitely evident as I explained to the worker how desperate I was for a room. I was given three addresses to view in which one was not available due to the entire apartment being renovated. The other two rooms were small and not at the price I asked for. I was also given the wrong address for one room location and the landlords could not communicate English.

When calling the worker back to explain to him that I did not like the rooms, he would not give me more room locations and stated he was leaving the office early that day. I then told him I did not find a room that was within my needs and what I asked him for before paying. I was still unable to move and he then told me to call back tomorrow. When calling the next day he initiated an argument and then stated he was not going to be in the office that day. He told me he would try to send me more places via phone the day of, I explained to him again that I needed to find a place I was comfortable with and move in immediately. The worker never reached out to me to continue to send room locations via phone text, email or face to face. The worker failed to find me a room which I asked for and did not continue to assist me in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive majority of the money back from the payment in 125.00.
