I want to tell the ( Owner) Al and his guys that I enjoyed the time they took on repairing and replacing my septic system back in August They were professional and made sure what they had to do was up to code with the city and my neighborhoodIt was a big job that took to daysAt the end they took their time to cover up everything back into place neatlyI would recommend in knowing that they will do a good and neat job

I recently had my septic tank cleaned by Master Rooter I had a magnet from the company being in the area a few months earlier and decided it was time to call Once *** and *** arrived, they assessed my septic tank in its entiretyI was relieved to find the location of my tank since we had recently purchased our home but not so much about the contentsNot only did *** and *** clean my tank but also matched a local competitor quote I was pleased to understand just how my septic tank worked, the structure and how to keep up on the maintenance Most companies are interested cashing in and getting out whereas Master Rooter took the time to educate and explain just how my septic tank works As I told them, "once people flushthey don't think anything else about it." Not only did the two techs [redacted] and [redacted] come out right away in the pouring rain to assist me, they arrived with postive additudes, maintained professionslism the entire time and delivered the best customer service I have ever received hands down. Friendly, affordable, dependanle and honest. I highly recommend this business.

I like to say that Master Rooter has an outstanding staff I called for assistance and told them my problem and over the phone they saved me Thousands of dollars they even offer to come out if I still needed service. What stood out for me was that they are located in Gainesville GA ( HALL COUNTY ) and I'm in South Fulton County. I spoke with a company in North Fulton County who said they don't service South Fulton County.

Master Rooter is awesome. They came to my home on a Sunday and didn't charge extra for emergency visit like the others I called. The customer service lady (i forgot her name)was understanding and friendly. They were upfront with costs and didn't overcharge me and even extended me a payment plan for a few.days.out. Steve [redacted] and Scott are the best technicians and went over and beyond their duties! Thanks a bunch you guys!
