I am rather disappointed in this company. I purchased my house around 3 years ago and the transition into new home-ownership was rather confusing and anxiety provoking. During this process, comfort comes in very small doses, I can honestly say I was able to find comfort in knowing that the alarm company I was inheriting was diligent, supportive, and respectful, through this entire transition. I felt as though I was known personally by the staff, and the transition was flawless. I could not complain or suggest anything in this process to be different or better. I was impressed. When I was looking to upgrade my system, I was extremely disappointed. It only took 3 years for the company to become a typical, company that lacks respect for customers. I was yelled at and disrespected for being a customer and needing things completed to my liking and to my benefit. It is my understanding that when paying for a service, it should be to my benefit, I am also a firm believer in the customer always being right. I am extremely disappointed, as to how quickly staff can change along with their loss of purpose, which is to make sure the customer is satisfied and comfortable with the services being provided. The vice president, discussed the issues I had, but unfortunately can not take back the disrespect I faced by his staff. As I informed the vice president, I will no longer pay for a service, that allowed their staff to yell and disrespect me. It is very sad, to say that this company has lost their morals and values for there customers.
