Called the client to discuss the issues and to apologize for any inconvenience cause by our technician not following through on his commitmentsUnfortunately he had an emergency hospitalization and did not communicate with the office or
turn in the paper work necessary for another technician to be assigned when he was not able to complete the workThis coupled with the death of a close family member immediately following the hospitalization further delayed our response
It is our goal at Master Service not only to meet but to exceed our clients expectations and we are dedicated to do all we can to help our club membersUnfortunately in this case I believe we fell short of that goalWe have serviced over 27,clients over the last years and for us as well this is the first time since our involvement with Revdex.com that we have had a formal complaint concerning our serviceHopefully we will be able to learn from our mistakes and provide even better service to our clients in the future
As requested we have removed them from our Club Membership Program

[redacted] was a true professional when I met him at the Tulsa garden show. He didnt spend his time bashing other companies but instead spent his time telling me about his company and what he could do for me. That was the primary reason we went with [redacted] after meeting with over 10 other companies at the show. My wife and I did not get approved for the financing and [redacted] worked with us to make sure that did not stand in the way of us getting our air conditioner installed. The install was just as professional. Two guys came over, wearing coverings on their shoes and they went straight to work. They didn't bother me at all while I was home that day. They had to take the doors off the hinges to the attic and they were very careful. They also took the baby gate off the stairs in order to take parts to the attic. They put everything back the way it was before they got there including putting the baby gate back on. In addition they found that my furnace was not on a proper plate of some sort and the vents were not sealed properly. For no additional charge they fixed both. I cannot say enough about how much you would be pleased using [redacted] and his company. His prices were great, his service was top notch, he was very personable, and he didn't just say "no" when we got turned down for financing. Thank you [redacted] for everything you did for my family. We will be able to enjoy the summer with a nice new AC unit. I highly recommend anyone looking for this type of service to reach out
